Amendments have been made to the sectoral legislation of the Republic of Georgia.
On January 20, 2026, a working meeting was held in Yerevan with representatives of HVAC&R professional community.
The annual stakeholder meeting was held on December 18–19, 2025 by the National Ozone Unit of the Ministry of Environment. The event served as a platform for presenting the work carried out during the year, discussing the outcomes of interdepartmental cooperation, and outlining future steps.
Within the framework of the trilateral cooperation memorandum signed on November 22, 2021, between the Ministry of Environment, the State Revenue Committee, and the Armenian State University of Economics, a two-day training course on the “Green Customs” initiative was held on December 8–9, 2025, at the RA SRC Educational Center for customs officers from the Electronic Commerce and Air Transport, Customs Service and Control of Foreign Economic Activities, Customs Service and Control at Land Border Crossing Points, and Combating Customs Fraud Departments.
The National Ozone Unit of the Ministry of Environment, in cooperation with the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating Engineering Association (RAHEA), conducted a number of visits between October 23 and  December 5, 2025, aimed at raising awareness on energy efficiency in all 10 regions of Armenia.
On October 21, 2025, as part of the “Inventory of Banks of Used or Unwanted Controlled Substances” project, a technical discussion was held at the Jacobian Environmental Center of the American University of Armenia.
The meeting of the Europe and Central Asia Regional Network was held in Yerevan on October 7–9, 2025.
On September 17, 2025, a series of awareness sessions dedicated to the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer were launched at the Armavir Regional State College, with first-year students from the regional state colleges of Armavir and Yerevan participating. The next session took place on September 18 at the Ararat Regional State College.
On September 2, 2025, within the framework of the “Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building” project implemented jointly with the Ministry of Environment and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, a meeting entitled “Transit of Controlled Substances through the Territory of the Republic of Georgia” was held with the participation of Georgian colleges.
