On April 12, 2021, the National Ozone Unit under the Ministry of Environment of Armenia held a meeting at the Ibis Yerevan Center, dedicated to the new import procedure for HFCs stipulated by the new legal regulations.
On March 4, 2021, a series of training courses for RAC experts was launched within the framework of the second phase of the non-investment component of the HPMP stage II in cooperation with the Refrigeration Association of Armenia. The first meeting took place in Vanadzor, chaired by members of the Refrigeration Association and NOU experts.
On January 26-27, 2021 a workshop was held to discuss the draft interstate GOST 202 standard and activities to be implemented by the NOU under the working plan. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Refrigeration Association of Armenia, the National Body for Standards and Metrology, the «Environment and Health» NGO, the relevant divisions of the Ministry of Environment, and the NOU experts.
On 24-25 December, 2020 the Wrap-up Stakeholder Meeting was held in Byurakan in the framework of HCFC Phase-out project (Phase II). The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Economy, the National Body for Standards and Metrology, the Urban Development Committee, the relevant departments, members of the Armenian Refrigeration Association, and the National Ozone Unit experts.
On December 22, 2020, the National Ozone Unit experts visited Yerevan, Armavir and Ararat Regional State Colleges, and on January 18, 2021, Yerevan Regional State College to provide complementary equipment for the workshops.
On November 26, 2020, a series of training courses on «Preventing Illegal Trade in Ozone Depleting Substances» for customs officers was launched within the framework of the second phase of the non-investment component of the HPMP stage II and «Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building» Program.

Meeting with students took place on 17-18 September 2020 in Yerevan, Armavir and Ararat Regional State Colleges under the auspices of the World Ozone Day .
The events dedicated to the World Ozone Day were concluded by the meeting of the RAC Association of Armenia on 18 September 2020.
