On November 20, 2023, the National Ozone Focal Point Ms. Liana Ghahramanyan held a meeting with the 1st year students of the Master's program of the Faculty of Law, Yerevan State University under the subject "International Environmental Law".
On November 13-15, 2023, representatives of UNIDO Headquarters, Mr. Fukuya Iino and Mrs. Victoria Kotlubei, were in Armenia on an official visit with the purpose to get to know the existing structures in the field of cooling and air conditioning, sectoral organizations, representatives of the RAHEA association, state-of-the-art technologies used in Armenia and the trends of their application.
On November 2, 2023, the National Ozone Unit of the Ministry of Environment organized a working meeting with the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating Engineering Association of Armenia (RAHEА).
On October 19, 2023,amendments were introduced into the RA Government's decision  N 754-N of May 13, 2021 "On the Global Quota Establishment of ODSs and HFCs", which refer to the establishment of annual total import quotas of hydrofluorocarbons starting from 2024.
The National Ozone Unit and the National Body for Standardization and Metrology have jointly  developed the national standard AST EN 17606-2023 «Installation of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing flammable refrigerants, complementing existing standards»  in harmony with the AST EN 17606:2021 standard...
On September 15 and 16, 2023, as part of the activities dedicated to the World Ozone Day, the National Ozone Unit of the Ministry of Environment of Armenia, jointly with DAIKIN, a leading innovator and worldwide provider of advanced, high-quality air conditioning and heating solutions, conducted a training course for students.
This year World Ozone Day celebrations were highlighted by the special visit of the honorary guest the Executive Secretary of the Ozone Secretariat to the Republic of Armenia.
On August 15, 2023, a discussion meeting dedicated to the national sectoral regulations and amendments in the HFC import procedures took place with the participation of the representatives of the Atmospheric Policy Department, Waste and Atmospheric Emissions Management Department of the Ministry of Environment, the State Revenue Committee, RAHEA association and NOU experts.  
On August 11, 2023, a meeting "Montreal Protocol in the context of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda" with the participation of high school students took place on the premises of the UN Entities in Armenia marking the International Youth Day.
World Refrigeration Day was celebrated on June 26, 2023 under the slogan "Next Generation Cooling".
