This Law shall regulate restrictions on production, import, export and transit of ozone depleting substances and their alternative greenhouse gases, hydroflourocarbons, in the Republic of Armenia and associated theirwith relations with countries that have ratified relevant international treaties concluded within the framework of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
