On the 4th and 5th October, 2019 the draft Electronic Import/Export Licensing Pilot System was presented in Tsakhkadzor, Kotayk Marz.
The meeting was attended by those representatives of the staff of the Ministry of Environment of RA who would be directly involved in the implementation of the system, as well as those whose field of activity implied the application of such system in future. The NOU experts also attended the meeting.
On the 4th of October the current ODS import/export licensing system and the need to replace it with a new one were introduced to the participants. On the next day, the draft electronic licensing system and its practical application were presented.
Representatives of the relevant divisions will be granted access to the draft electronic licensing system to test it before it is finalized.
