On October 24, 2022 the National Ozone Unit of Armenia contributed to the tree planting organized by the UN Office in Armenia on the occasion of the UN Day.

30 years ago, Armenia became a member of the United Nations Organization, and 30 years later, one will be able to admire a large forest in Jrashen community of Lori region, consisting of 18,000 trees, part of which was planted by the initiative of the UN Office in Armenia.

Long-term environmental projects not only contribute to the increase of forest cover in the country, but also ensure further positive socio-economic impact on the development of communities.
